Pacific Horticultural and Agricultural Market Access Program (PHAMA) Impact Report
AECOM Services Pty Ltd is the managing contractor for the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) funded Pacific Horticultural and Agricultural Market Access Program (PHAMA). AECOM, acting for and on behalf of DFAT is inviting submissions of response from suitably qualified and experienced organisations or consortia to produce a Program Impact Report for PHAMA.

AECOM Project Manager
The Report will demonstrate the impact that the PHAMA program has had covering Phases 1 and 2 of operations (January 2011 to present). The Report should be visually engaging with appropriate use of photographs, infographics, quotes and charts. By detailing the impact of the program, the Report will demonstrate the return on investment, promote the value of the program to stakeholders and provide lessons learnt for future programs of a similar nature.
